Vickie is a practicing PharmD who co-owns a compounding pharmacy and a CrossFit gym, while Linh, who holds an MBA, co-owns a foodhall and bar with a strong background in business and marketing. Together, we bring a unique perspective that focuses on understanding our clients and creating an environment where aesthetics feel natural, never intimidating.

    Vickie is a PharmD and co-owner of Arlington’s Preston’s Pharmacy and Invictus CrossFit in Washington, D.C. With over 13 years of experience leading healthcare teams and fostering wellness in the community, Vickie co-founded Core Aesthetic to merge her expertise in pharmaceutical compounding with medical aesthetics, creating a holistic approach that supports both health and beauty goals.

    Linh, an MBA graduate from George Mason University, brings over 10 years of marketing and business expertise to Core Aesthetic. With a proven track record in driving growth across healthcare and small business ventures, Linh co-founded Core Aesthetic to combine her passion for health, beauty, and strategic innovation, creating a space where clients feel valued and supported.

    MEDICAL DIRECTOR

    Dr. Aleksandra Gajer is a University of Maryland School of Medicine graduate with a background in emergency medicine and holistic care. She co-owns Healthier, LLC, an IV hydration company, and leads The Gajer Practice, focusing on preventive health and weight management. Dr. Gajer’s dedication to innovative, patient-focused care drives her leadership at Core Aesthetic.
