How does this work?

As a first-time client we would have an in-person consultation to go over your treatment plan! We want to make sure that you receive the best treatment possible for your skin ☺️
At that time you can fill out a medical history form for us, and we can talk about what your major concerns are, as well as pointing them out to us so we can be very clear about the best treatment possible for you - we also would be able to start your treatment same day if you would like to start Morpheus8.

To prepare for your upcoming Morpheus8 appointment, there are several things you can do to ensure optimal results:
Avoid sun exposure: It's important to avoid direct sun exposure for at least a week before your appointment, as this can increase the risk of hyperpigmentation and other complications.
Stop using retinoids and acids: these can increase skin sensitivity and make it more prone to irritation during the Morpheus8 treatment. It's important to stop using these products at least a week before your appointment.
Avoid blood-thinning medications: If you are taking blood-thinning medications, such as aspirin or ibuprofen, you may be advised to stop taking them several days before your appointment to reduce the risk of bruising.
Stay hydrated: Drinking plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment can help to ensure that your skin is hydrated and healthy.
Arrive with a clean face: It's important to arrive at your appointment with a clean, makeup-free face. Your healthcare professional will cleanse your skin again before the procedure.
Communication: Before the procedure, it's important to communicate any health concerns or medications you are taking with us. This will help determine whether Morpheus8 is the right treatment for you and to adjust your treatment plan accordingly.

Please allow about two hours for your appointment from start to finish. If possible please arrive with no makeup, otherwise a face wash will be provided.
We will take photos for records of the treatment area; photos for marketing purposes will only be used with your permission.
Your treatment area will be numbed with a lidocaine-tetracaine compound cream, made by Preston’s Compounding, to decrease any discomfort during the procedure. Please note that you may still feel some pain and everyone’s pain tolerance is different. You will be numbed for about 30 minutes and then your procedure will begin. Depending on your tolerance, we may be able to do a higher number of “passes” (the number of times we go over the treatment area with Morpheus8).

During your Morpheus8 treatment, patients can experience varying degrees of discomfort. The procedure involves the use of microneedles to deliver radiofrequency energy to the skin, which can cause some pain or discomfort. However, the extent of the discomfort can depend on several factors, including your individual pain tolerance, the area being treated, and the depth of the treatment.
Most patients describe the discomfort as mild to moderate and similar to a slight pricking or stinging sensation. However, the sensation is typically well-tolerated and most patients are able to complete the procedure without issue.
Some areas of the face may be more sensitive than others, and patients may experience more discomfort in these areas. For example, the forehead and temples are typically less sensitive than the cheeks and jawline. The under-eye area can also be sensitive, and patients may experience more discomfort in this area during the procedure.
Morpheus8 Body is more uncomfortable than Morpheus8 for face.
To minimize any discomfort, our topical numbing cream is applied to the skin before the procedure.

After your Morpheus8 appointment, you can expect some redness, swelling, and mild discomfort in the treated areas. However, most redness and swelling will go away after a few hours with lingering symptoms typically subsiding within a few days.
Avoid direct sunlight and apply sunscreen to protect your skin! Avoid strenuous exercise or other activities that could cause excessive sweating for a few days after the procedure.
The full results of Morpheus8 can take several weeks or even months to become fully apparent. The radiofrequency energy delivered by the device stimulates collagen production, which gradually improves the appearance of the skin over time.
Most patients notice some improvement in their skin's appearance within a few days to a week after the treatment. However, the best results are typically seen after several weeks to a few months, as the new collagen continues to form and the skin's texture and tone continue to improve.
The timeframe for seeing the best results can vary depending on the individual's unique needs and the area being treated.
You may be asked to return after 2 weeks for your after photos.
